The Service
WA Contacts Extractor (the Service) is a browser extension and accompanying website that helps you export contacts from your own WhatsApp Web session. The extension reads contact information that is already visible to you in WhatsApp Web and generates downloadable files locally in your browser.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with data you have the right to access. Specifically, you agree NOT to:
Use exported data for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or harassment.
Process personal data without an appropriate legal basis or consent.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or interfere with the Service's protections.
Use the Service in a way that violates WhatsApp's terms of use or any applicable law.
Account and Plans
Some features are gated to paid plans (Pro / VIP). Plan limits and prices are shown inside the extension and on this site. We reserve the right to change feature availability between plans, with reasonable notice.
Payments and Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you select (monthly or yearly).
We offer a 7-day refund window: if the Service doesn't work for you, email us within 7 days of your initial purchase and we'll issue a full refund.
Beyond the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription Management page or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then, and you will not be billed for the next period.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect; the new price applies on your next renewal.
Ownership
WA Contacts Extractor, including the extension, the website, the logo, and the brand, is our intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may use the Service for its intended purpose but may not republish, resell, or claim ownership.
No Warranty
The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WhatsApp Web may change at any time, and those changes can affect how the extension works. We will do our best to keep it compatible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service abusively. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and closing your account.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
